Individual Training (1 Person)
Individual training is for the motivated client that wants to see his/her body transform in a matter of weeks. Your trainer will use a combination of techniques to help improve your strength, muscle tone, cardiovascular health, flexibility and range of motion. During these sessions, your trainer will help you build workout habits that will last a lifetime. The cost of individual training is $75 per hour session, or, you can buy 10 sessions for the discount price of $650.
Group Training (2-4 People)
Group training is for motivated families, couples or individuals that wish to workout together to improve their health and tranform their bodies in a matter of weeks. Group members do not need to be at similar fitness levels or have the same fitness goals. The cost of group training is $90 per hour session, or, you can buy 10 sessions for the discount price of $800.
